In the afternoon it's time to apply the tips and tricks you've learned and go to the field.
SOCIAL NIGHTS
Once a week the office hosts a fun social night to socialise with eachother or network with the best performers in either our sales-/business development program.
Your own mindset, attitude and perserverance will decide your earnings. We work with uncapped OTE. You determine what you are worth.
Set goals and hit rewards
Personal development is the main focus of our sales program. Every person is a work in progress. We help you taking the road to become the best version of yourself.
Either developing your interpersonal skills, your interaction with people, your mindset, your discipline. We support your personal development.
We provide various sales trainings you can educate yourself with. Getting better at relating with the cusomter or handling customer objections. We have it all covered!
